The acceptance period is 24 hours after the Buyer receives the item from our courier, to allow the Buyer to check the item. Once the acceptance period finishes, the money will automatically be transferred to the Seller.

Yes, if an item is being sold online with Your Bazaar's Purchase Protection, then we will secure Buyer's payment and then assign a vehicle to collect the item from the Seller and deliver it to the Buyer.

Yes, if you have purchased an item online with Your Bazaar Purchase protection, then your item is covered by our Returns Policy up to 24 hours after your item is delivered (Acceptance Period). 

A Buyer can raise a Return Request through "My Purchases" in the profile section. Return Requests are managed by our payment security partner, Trustap, and will be considered on the basis of items being damaged, not working or significantly different to the item description or listing.

Our Returns Policy protects our Buyers against potential scams, because Buyer's money is held securely until the Acceptance Period finishes. 

If a Returns Request is successful, we will arrange return delivery with the Seller, and the Buyer's will receive their money back for the item price  - learn more

Yes, you can sell both new and used items on Your Bazaar, as long as they comply with our policies and guidelines.

For Sellers, there are fees associated with boosted listings and Your Bazaar Purchase Protection.

Processing fees for Your Bazaar Purchase Protection are calculated at approximately 12% of the total transaction value (which includes the value of shipping for calculation), but may vary.
