For those who prefer the convenience of online shopping, we offer Your Bazaar Purchase Protection Service across most of our categories, which is a secure and reliable way to buy and sell items on the platform. Through our trusted payment partner, Trustap, buyers can safely process a payment online, which will be held in a secure payment system, until the buyer has received and accepted the item. For sellers, the item will be collected from their location and delivered to the buyer by our shipping partners Aramex and Tawseelah, safe in the knowledge that once the item is received and accepted, the funds will be transferred to the seller’s chosen account. If the buyer is not satisfied with the item, it can be returned to the seller, and the buyer’s payment refunded.

Your Bazaar Purchase Protection Service even offers returns and disputes resolution by mediating between the buyer and seller to determine the outcome of a return.
