At Your Bazaar, the safety of our users is of huge importance to us. So, we have developed a marketplace where people can Buy and Sell online with peace of mind.

To guarantee the safest and most secure payment and delivery experience, we have teamed with Trustap, an advanced transaction solution, and delivery partners Aramex and Tawseelah, to bring you Your Bazaar Purchase Protection.

Trustap’s secure payment system ensures the highest level of security, safeguarding Buyers against potential scams, and our delivery service is seamless.

 
How does Your Bazaar Purchase Protection work?
  • When a Buyer makes the online payment, the funds are temporarily held in a secure hold.
  • The item will be collected from the Seller by one of our delivery partners, and delivered to the Buyer.
  • Only after the Buyer receives and accepts the item, will the payment be released.
  • Once released, the payment is then transferred to the Seller’s bank account.

Think of it as a safety net for you, whether you are buying or selling!

 
Returns Period

Worried that you’ve paid online and received an item that isn’t as described, or not working? We have you covered!

  • After the online purchase is made, Your Money will be held securely until your item has been delivered, and the Returns Period has expired.
  • The Returns Period is 24 hours after Your Item is delivered.
  • If you find that the item is significantly different to the listing description, or if the item is damaged and hasn’t been disclosed, you can raise a Return Request within the 24 hour period.
 
Returns Process
  • Simply click on My Purchases in Your Profile and click on the item, or follow the link in the email from Trustap notifying that the “Returns Period has Started”.
  • Click on “Return Request” and fill in the details of your complaint, with as much detail and photographs as possible.
  • Trustap will freeze the transaction, and your money won’t go anywhere until the complaint is resolved.
  • Trustap’s Disputes Team will review Buyer’s complaint and evidence, and will contact Seller to also respond.
 
Finding a Solution
  • Our goal is always to find an amicable solution, and so Trustap will review the complaint and evidence, to make a fair and unbiased decision.
  • Please note that Returns will only be accepted if the Item is significantly different to the Listing description or if the Item is damaged or broken which isn’t disclosed in the Listing description.
  • We can’t process Returns if the Buyer just doesn’t like the Item or doesn’t fit or isn’t suitable anymore.
 
What Happens Next?
  • If the decision is in favour of the Buyer, the Seller will be notified to arrange and pay for return delivery of their Item through our platform.
  • Once the Seller’s Item is returned and received, the Buyer’s purchase price will be refunded.
  • If the decision is in favour of the Seller, then Buyer’s funds will be released to the Seller and the Buyer keeps the Item.

  • Delivery: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout in addition to the purchase price and Your Item will be delivered to your door by one of our delivery partners.
  • Risk Mitigation: Funds are only transferred once both parties meet their obligations.
  • No Scams: Your Bazaar’s Purchase Protection prevents scams because the Buyer must receive and accept the Item before the money is transferred to the Seller.

  • Delivery Covered: No need to worry about delivery shipping methods or costs. Simply enter the item’s weight and dimensions (as folded, packed, or disassembled), we will allocate the delivery vehicle, and the delivery cost paid by the Buyer.
  • The Price You Want: There’s no haggling, and so Sellers can get the price they want.
  • Sell More: Your Bazaar’s Purchase Protection satisfies hesitant Buyers with more security, so Sellers can Sell more!
  • Fraud Prevention: Payment security works both ways, because the payment is held securely, Seller is also protected against fraudulent transactions, and so can send their item with peace of mind.
 
Pick-up & Delivery

Your Bazaar has partnered with Aramex and Tawseelah to ensure that the delivery process is seamless.

  • As a Seller, Your Sold Item will be picked up and delivered to the Buyer.
  • As a Buyer Your Purchased Item will be delivered to Your Door.
  • Delivery costs are based on the size and weight of the Item, calculated and added to Buyer’s cart at the time of payment.
  • No need to have strangers at the door or to go to a stranger’s door.
  • No need to arrange collection of large items like beds and sofas. Your Bazaar will manage the whole process for you.
